Fenugreek Seed, Blessed Thistle, Nettle Leaf, and Fennel Seed


All the More Milk products contain certified organic herbs at a 1:3 herb concentration (1 part herb by weight to 3 parts liquid by volume). The liquid herbal extracts are manufactured in an FDA registered facility and tested for microbials and heavy metals.


Notes

  • Fenugreek is in the legume family as are peanuts and garden peas.
  • Fenugreek can reduce blood sugar levels.

Recommended Dosage
