When to Test

Instructions

- To use the test, just dip the tip of the strip into a container of collected urine and hold it there for at least 5 seconds.

- After dipping the test in urine, lay it on a flat surface and wait for five minutes.

- After five minutes, your test will be ready to interpret.

Interpreting Results

Interpreting your test results is easy. If 2 lines are visible and the results line is similar to or darker in color compared to the control line, your LH has surged and you will probably ovulate in the next 24 to 36 hours.
