Communication From Us

After you place an order, we want you to always be aware of its status. We send you emails to keep you updated, but not inundated.

At a minimum, you will receive two (2) emails regarding your order. Please keep these emails for your records.

1) Order Confirmation: This email confirms that we have received your order and contains your order number.

2) Shipment Confirmation: This email provides evidence that we have shipped part or all of your order and contains a link with tracking details. If items are shipped separately, we will send a Shipment Confirmation e-mail for each shipment.

Additional emails you may receive include:

a) PayPal Invoice: If you request an PayPal invoice, you will receive a copy of an invoice to your PayPal email address, as well as a notification within your PayPal account. To safeguard your security while online, we suggest that you initiate PayPal payments by logging in to your PayPal account and clicking on the pending invoice, rather than clicking on the Pay Now button within an email.

b) Payment Acknowledgement: If you use PayPal to make a payment, you will receive a separate email from PayPal with the transaction details. Please keep this email for your records.

c) Custom Order Confirmation: For a custom order item, we place the order with the manufacturer after we receive your order. Custom order items are clearly designated within the product listings. When you place an order for an custom order item, we send an email to notify/confirm that this is a custom order item with a delayed shipment date.

d) Backorder or Delayed Shipment Notice: This email notifies customers that an item on an order is not available for immediate shipment and contains an estimate when it will become available.

e) Important Notice Regarding Your Order: This email offers important information about your order, such as: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, existence of a duplicate order, or cancellation of an order. If you receive one of these emails, please call us immediately at +1 (313) 444-2229 so that we can address the problem.
